We use softwares written by others to help provide this website to you.  Whether required by their respective licenses or not, we plan to list here what we've used and where to find those projects on the web.  Some of these might not be true open source projects, but are nonetheless under license.

This list is not complete, yet:

• Bootstrap Version 4
  Bootstrap is an open source toolkit for developing with HTML, CSS, and JS.
• PHPMailer Version 6
  PHPMailer is a full-featured email creation and transfer class for PHP.
• Timeago: a jQuery plugin by Ryan McGeary (@rmm5t)
  Makes it easy to support automatically updating fuzzy timestamps (e.g. "4 minutes ago" or "about 1 day ago") from ISO 8601 formatted dates and times embedded in your HTML.
• mtibben / html2text by Michael Tibben (@mtibben)
  PHP library to convert HTML to formatted plain text (used for converting newsletters to plaintext alternative during email sending).
