This newsletter has been due for 15 months and a couple of days.  I promised myself yesterday morning that I publish before dinner, now it's tomorrow and so this is more of a notice that you're still subscribed.  The email sender folks at Amazon AWS will appreciate this.  I hope you do, too.

I haven't thanked each person who generously donated or licensed Karen's Power Tools during the pandemic.  The site has looked like the project was abandoned, and I even stopped reading emails all together, so trouble tickets have gone unanswered almost entirely. I apologize. It wasn't such a great idea: the ticket system, without adding more people to answer tickets haha, yeh.

Don't forget to wave and say, "Hi!"

It's been a stressful time everywhere, I know. I threw up my hands and howled a lot at electric skies but I'm glad I haven't thrown in the towel. I'm thankful you're still there, too.

P.S. I realized while I can't change Karen's license without a bunch of paperwork (be more open source) I can certainly write new support code, put it on Github, and let the community of home users and IT folks support the legacy VB apps as Karen would recognize. My version will be on PC, Mac, Linux, Android, and iPhone/iPad. A BIG HAIRY LLC was formed in Oklahoma because Apple don't play doing business as names gotta be legit. (I am this tired.)
